Trade-in is a ****

I hoped to purchase a new iPhone and access the trade-in service at the eastgate store, however after waiting over 5 hours in the cue over two days; I was met with unfriendly service and staff with very bad attitudes, the online trade-in estimated the phones value at 2.5 however the staff were only willing to give me 400 without checking any criteria . I could not get close to the purchase stage as the encounter with two staff members was so unpleasant that I decided to leave instead. the advertised trade-in feature is a ****, unfortunately better to sell an old iPhone elsewhere.
