Trade-in is a ****

<p>i traded in my old Iphone 5s 14 days ago at the EASTGATE ISTORE, with a promise in writing that i would receive payment WITHIN 14days. not 14 working days. I am still waiting. i have been calling the following numers all morning ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***. NOT ONE OF THEM GETS ANSWERED. Eventually the are taking off the hook and I get an engaged tone. I have sent emails to support and the branches email address. I am just not having any luck. I feel like I have been conned. I have no option but to report my phone as ****** by Istore. so incredibly dissapointing. People i dealt with there are Thio and Ronald.</p>
