This is ****************/ BAD service

Last week i'm struggling with ISTORE for a assessment report !!! every time i go there they cant assist coz they need to send the phone away for 4-5 days !! the 2 March i went to mall of Africa and they told me the same story!!! wasting my time yet again!!!!

this morning i called the Istore number and the Lady told me she cant help as i ask her just to contact Istore Centurion just to confirm if they can assist me with a assessment report .. this is BAD service !!!!!!

She also informed me they going to charge me for the assessment report R250.00!!!! why they charge me the fee after they told me at Istore mall of Africa the phone is discontinued
