The worst shopping experience of my life

I was deeply saddened by the lack of regard the Brooklyn iStore staff have for their clients and people’s time,they send clients away complain about being allocated clients, if you are lucky to get serviced they are extremely slow, unfriendly and just down right ***********. What was supposed to be a sale of a phone turned out to be the most traumatic 3 days of my week, 3 days is not a mistake…it took them8 hours over 3 days of my life to sell me a phone. This however excludes Fazel who is the only person who went out of his way to assist, God bless him.
