The worst service ever !!!!

absolutely the worst service ever and that after I have spend over 80k with them. 5 calls, holding on for 20 - 30 minutes with-out and answer from them, listening to some of the worst music on hold I have ever heard. they say max 5 days for delivery, I am now waiting 14 days and nothing yet. no reply to mails even after 5 mails. nothing !!!! never again will I make a online purchase at them. maybe one day when business is few they will value their customers.
