THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ONLINE STAFF

<p>first of all, i have never encountered someone so rude and had no understanding of what was going on, who had abosutely no desire to LISTEN!!!!! your staff is rude, unapologetically so, and i am appalled even more so because i paid thousands of rands for a phone that i still have not received. and he just hung up on me. it is the first time i purchase a phone online, in fact this is the first time ever in my life that i have purchased an iphone, but i can assure you, it is the ****** last time!!!!!</p>
