The manager is rude.

I was by the store wanted to update my app's I asked for the wifi password, a manager was called & he told me they don't have they are not an Internet cafe. <br> How do you address customers like that <br> I'm using an iPhone he was suppose to explain in a nice way if they're not allowed to give a password unlike telling me get not an Internet cafe that's so rude.
