The bad side of iPhone.

Unauthorized debits are being processed from my iTunes account. First time it happened I reported it and got a refund. Thereafter I removed my card details but they are still debiting my account without my authorization and when I do request a refund nothing happens. The service is putrid. I’m highly disappointed
