The Apple of my eye

<p>I recently switched to Apple products and as such had cause to visit the Cavendish Square iStore to get help in synchronising the iPhone with the iPad. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sive Malgas gave me his undivided attention for over an hour and provided me with snippets of useful tips and information to help me get going until I could attend a training session which he also happily booked online on my behalf.</p> <p> </p> <p>He set out to be an IT technician, but circumstances were such that he opted for Customer Service. I for one am delighted he went this route because this way I benefited from his lovely smile and helpful service. And now he gets not only to work on the technical side, but also to make Apple’s customers happy – Moi!</p> <p> </p>
