TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU

Worst place to do an upgrade. I was due for an upgrade. Went in store (Clearwater Mall). They processed the entire thing then at the end for some truly flimsy and stupid reason they could not process the upgrade. And then don't even try to apply online. They never get back to you. After the automated response, you don't hear from them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Much rather go directly to SP to process upgrades.
