Terrible service from iStore Vodaworld

I Can't believe the terrible service I just got from iStore Vodaworld. After waiting 72 hours for my phone to be activated and still isn't, they can't give me a timeline of how long it can take. Vodacom can't assist me as the store haven't done their part. The initial time was 48 hours to be activated. <br> <br> After spending 30min on a call to the Apple Call Centre just to get transferred to Vodaworld iStore! It is terrible that you can't call a store directly and get issues resolved.You first need to speak to a supervisor to get transfered!<br> <br> I am so disappointed in Apple and iStore right now! And this is after I have multiple iPhones for 5 years now!
