Terrible Service from Istore - Very dissappointing

I have been an apple user for the past 10 years, Apple has great products but i sorry to say that the service i am getting from the call centre and my online experience was shocking. I am trying to purchase 2 Mac books but istore has made it so difficult to purchase and you get the run around between the online store and the physical store. I am very disappointed and did not expect this kind of service from Apple.
