Terrible service

I bought AirPods and a couple of days later one didn’t work. Took them back to istore woodlands & they refused to exchange nor refund. Even though the receipt indicated that refunds and exchanges can be done within 10 days. For a premium brand, this is highly unacceptable, had I went with the generics at a fraction of the cost, that’ll may be easier to stomach. Now I am sitting without AirPods and I am expected to wait 5 days for them to be fixed.
