Terrible service at the istore in fourways mall

I recieved very bad service from the istore in fourways mall from a technican called shane and another guy he was works with him, I did not get his name though. He is skinny and has a goatie beard(trying not to racially profile like he did me and my family). We came into the store seeking help from the service desk right at the back and so because they were busy with people already we waited for them to finish up, immediately after the two finished helping 1 customer we were supposed to be next, the customer actually moved and said let me make way for you to help others as his matter was temporally paused. Naturally we would be helped next, but that wasn't the case. Firstly Shane was asked by the customer, do you like your job, his response was " I enjoy working on the devices not so much dealing with people"- why did he take up a job in customer services? Then my family and then decided to go near the desk as we were not being called up by either of the technicians, Shane literally ran away from us and the goatie guy ended up dealing with us, he was not very happy to help us, he was not very that we got him off his phone, the service altogether was horrible from him. As we told him our problem he was very disinterested and It was as if we are bothering him. This is not the kind of service one should get from a premium store that sells expensive products. There's a standard that needs to be maintained and quite frankly shane and his colleague dropped it. The fact that we of a particular race should not be a deciding factor as to whether we or not we deserve good service and they must not think for a second that people don't complain about bad service. There are tonnes of people out there who can replace those two and they don't know the people who walk into the istore and who those people know. I could be his boss's neighbour... On the other hand, today when I went back a second time I was assisted by Thorin Pickard, he was also wearing a name tag unlike those two who don't know how behave at work. Thorin gave me good service right till the end and I think he should be commended for that, it shouldn't go unnoticed.
