Terrible service at iStore Woodlands

Every time I visit an iStore, I’m left more disappointed than the previous time. When you get to the store, there is no queueing system in order to be assisted. Customers stand around hoping to be assisted next. Once you eventually get assisted, the shop assistants have no clue what they are doing. They have no clue how the Discovery benefits work and just respond with “contact Discovery” yourself. It’s so much effort for them to do their job and help you properly. Beyond useless!!
