Terrible service at istore Clearwater Mall

Terrible experience by istore in Clearwater mall. I have purchased a watch on the 11th April 2019, they incorrectly debited my credit card with R8998.00 twice. I have been promised refunds every time I follow up but nothing has been received so far. Instead of resolving the matter they blamed FNB. To date I have not received my money
