Terrible service and waiting time

I went to the IStore in Somerset West. I app**** for a new iPhone and after a week and a half there is no feedback. Every time I ask for some form of feedback there is only one answer. The answer is always "There is no feedback yet". I contacted the manager of the store and he advised that he will send the history of contact with Telkom (the contract is through them). I haven't received any communication in regards to the history of their communication with Telkom. I contacted Telkom and they advised that the contract is still in negotiation and not even by credit vetting. This is terrible service and I don't know what to do anymore as I require a new phone as soon as possible. Is the problem by Telkom or by the I-Store, there is a major lack in service.
