Terrible service and lack of knowledge

I ordered an iPhone 6 at the eastgate istore and got an sms saying I can come collect it, so I went in and the paper work was done and for some reason had to wait another week for my phone, while this was happening they put me on the wrong contract and wrong information was given. It was dealt with terribly and was a poor service and lack of knowledge and the manager was passing the buck and couldn't actully apologise and say it's a mistake we will rectify it, it was absolutely appalling
