Terrible service

Absolutely shocking service from iStore I got contacted for the iPhone12 Pro for delivery on Friday 18th December 2020. I paid the admin fee and completed all of the paperwork. No phone arrived. I emailed and called and was assured delivery by noon today, Tuesday 21 December 2020. Despite numerous unanswered calls and emails, the phone has still not arrived. No email, call or explanation. We go away in the morning and I’ve tried numerous times to contact IStore to get an update or feedback, and to try change the delivery address. Nothing. No answer, no reply, no returned call. This is truly shocking service considering that they have taken my money and my contact has already been updated!! #patiencehasrinout!! #willsomeonepleaserespond!!!
