TERRIBLE service!

I am absolutely APPALLED by the ********** service at the istore in Eastgate! There are so many negative things to say about my experience I’m not sure how to fit it all into this review. To put it simply, the staff are extremely unfriendly, I waited and on the first day I was there for 5 hours before I was served. I was sent away and had to drive back and forth to the iStore unnecessarily SIX times on different occasions before they could finally assist me. The excuses would be something that they could have told me over the phone or the previous day. They unbelievably wasted my time and petrol. Absolutely no customer service or consideration. This is a terrible reflection of a company as prestigious (so I thought) as Apple!
