Terrible Service

I went to East Gate store on 13th February to apply for a contract for an Ipad. i was told that i would be contacted after i had given all my documentation in. I have still to this day 20th February not heard from them. Vodacom said that a contact takes 30mins on their side to get approved. Further to that we had waited for 20mins to get service. when i eventually got service the lady gave me the documents to fill and dissapeared. i filled everything out and waited for another 20mins before she came back to help me. i think for such a well recongnised brand it is terrible service. on the 20th Feb my Fiance went back there to upgrade his phone. he was told they have stock and he should come back at 12pm. when he went there they were still waiting for the upgrade to be approved so he left at 1pm without his phone.
