Terrible service

With Apple being one of the most known brands in the world you expect world class service when you walk in to their stores. Planning on doing my upgrade there, I experienced the worst service. After being referred to a third employee by means of pointing they still couldn't get me the information I wanted. They informed me that my contract will double in price and responded \I don't know"when I asked why. I was assisted by a very distracted employee that didn't give me the attention a paying customer deserves. I will never go back there. """
