Terrible service.

Waited at the Eastgate iStore for two hours, only for the store to be closing within an hour and unable to receive assistance. When I returned today, I waited for 45 minutes just to be told that I was only put into one queue and need to be in another one. The other queue had a minimum waiting time of 40 minutes. They aren’t able to answer any questions and read straight off of the website.
