Terrible service

<p>I ordered my apple watch 3 weeks ago, there has since been no interactions with the iStore, and everytime I call, I am told it's pending. What does pending mean? Why isn't there an estimated turnaround time, why are you taking orders if you know you will not be getting the watches within reasonable time?</p>
