Terrible service

<p>Specially went in to Istore Cresta to put my name on waiting list for Iwatch through Discovery Vitality. I gave my details to the store manager personally more than a week ago. He said I should have a watch within the week. I follow up today and am told I am not on any waiting list and I can't be put through to Istore Cresta to speak to the store manager. They also cannot give me any indication of a response time for the store manager to phone me. I am very upset. Terrible service from Apple.</p>
