Terrible Service

<p>I app**** for an iStore Card online. I have not received any communication with regards to the progress of the application. I have no clue how long it will take to process and when I should expect feedback. I have called the call center but I hold for 25-30 minutes on average, only to be routed to the incorrect service center. I have called at least 5 times and either the agent has no clue what the iStore Card call Center is or they forward me to....the incorrect call center!!!</p>
