Terrible service

What horrid service I have received from Istore in Cresta

I have a query due to a phone that was not taken up. My goodness the attitude from the staff members was so terrible. They act as if they are doing you a favour, as if they don’t want your business

I was charged for a phone that I didn’t take up. Now they are struggling to clear my profile. Babalwa said she will get back to me on Monday. Till this day I don’t have feedback. I am the one that needs to do follow ups for a mess caused by them. Katleho gave me horrible service

I really don’t think I still want to talk to any one in that store anymore. I want my matter to be resolved . I have been begging for a matter to be resolved since April 😳
