Terrible repair/cancellation service at iStore Clearwater

The worst experience I have ever had at any istore. The lack of care for customers is appalling.

For context: I purchased an iPhone 14 last year from the store, and 6 months later the phone is giving me issues with the battery switching off when it’s on 40-50%, the phone will show 10%, and when put into the charger a few seconds later back to the 40-50% (one of the videos is attached)

I go to the store to request them to find & fix what the issue is, and I show them the videos.

They initially say they can’t find anything wrong so they reinstalled the software, I got home and the phone is still giving me issues, then I returned the phone the next day, to get it booked with their service centre.

Still one month later, I am being informed that the phone has no problems, however when I ask if what the cellphone is doing is normal and acceptable I get ignored.

They refuse to acknowledge that something is wrong with the device, and will not replace it or cancel the contract(at no cost to me) stating that the tests show no issues, mind you the tests being conducted at the service centre are irrelevant tests such as Face ID & camera quality, which are not relevant to the fault the phone is having.
