Terrible Experience

Had the worst experience ever with istore. I visited 3 istores to fix my MacBook that just stopped working. It's still under warranty. Fetched my MacBook today after it being at their service Centre for 2 weeks and I couldn't even switch it on. Super frustrating as I had to go back and check it in. It also takes at least 1 hour for them to check the laptop in. No idea why. So frustrating and unfair that I have to keep wasting my time going into the store to check in a MacBook that's faulty and that wasn't fixed in the first place. Super disappointing.
