Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a pre owned IPhone online. I got confirmation that it will be delivered 3 April. I stayed out of work and even called the delivery service and they said it would be delivered between 16:00-17:00 it’s now 17:47 and no delivery and neither to do I know when it will be delivered. This is unacceptable my product is over R11 000. And I lost money due to staying out of work.
