Terrible Customer Care from Apple & iStore!!!

I bought Apple iPhone 14 Brown Leather case on iStore Online, and it peeled off on the edges within 2 months of use - worse quality than downtown Jhb phone covers yet it retails for R1,699. When i sent it back to iStore to exchange with Silicone case, Apple & iStore declined my request saying its warranty only covers Silicone covers not leather (***). Zero customer care by Apple & iStore - they know they procured and sold a product of subpar quality and they refuse to honour customer request for an exchange for good quality phone cover after such a huge amount of money has been paid. Shockingly terrible customer care!
