Terrible client service

<p>I app**** for an Istore card last week Monday (ref 4w-q50m2).</p> <p>I did not submit my forms because I did not have all the documentation with me. So I tried to submit to documentation the next day. I was told to send it to ********** That email bounced back. I then sent my details to ********** and was told that they send the info on to the relevant person. I have not heard anything back as yet and when I call STD Bank, I hold on for 20 mins before I put down.</p> <p>I called STD bank again today and finally got through after holding on for 15 mins. Then I was told that it is approved and someone will call em during the course of this week. I told them that I app**** last week and I am still waiting. Someone then called me and asked me to send my details to ********** Now I just got an email asking for the documentation again!!!! I am not impressed by all the running around. The service is disgusting. When will someone get back to me and when will I get my card?</p>
