Terrible after sales service

on the 07 Oct 18 i tried to book in my iphone 6 fro battery replacement at the istore cresta mall only to be told that they only book in phones for repairs from monday to saturday.Apple is a premium product however the stores services are limited on a sunday. We spend so much money on their products to receive a premium service and to top it up the battery replacement is charged for so there is nothing which the client is getting for free. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AFTER THIS BEING MY 5TH 6TH IPHONE
