<p>Never buy a Macbook pro, they are unreliable. Stay away from the iStore in Somerset West.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Macbook Pro Retina 13" Mid 2014's trackpad is broken after a purchase 18 months ago, the computer is thus 18 months old. The trackpad just stoped working after a software update. I took it in to be looked at and the whole experiance was a complete nightmare at the apple istore. The staff was rude and unconsiddering, they basically just told me that seeing as it isn't under the warentee anymore, because I didn't have an extra R1500 to pay for the extended plan seeing as the computer is already overprised, I would have to pay for any technical faults. The Mac was well looked after, and there was no attempt made to make me a satisfied client.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a loyal apple supporter, although after today I considder selling all my apple products and switching to a more reliable company like samsung, where the staff is friendly and helpfull. </p>
