Super service from Estie Grobler

I went to the Sandton city Istore to book my Macbook in to fix the screen. I received a loan unit but had to return it a week later as I was relocating. I don't have any other laptop to work on and it was a big issue.<br> <br> According to Istore SA, it is not common practice to return a loan unit to a different Istore as the one you got it from, but Estie Grobler managed to organise this for me.<br> <br> I am so grateful that I can keep the loan unit and return it to the Century City Istore, when I receive my own machine back. She even gave me options to choose from, whichever store was nearest to me and they will sort out the logistics from there.<br> <br> Thank you for going the extra mile, Estie!!!
