The staff at iStore Somerset Mall provided excellent service namely Oliver. The HEAD OFFICE staff have been unable to affect pay back of the refund since the info required was sent to iStore on 2 October and again on 11 October 2017 and yet again 12 October 2017.

This smacks of bad service at Head Office of iStore.
