Stupid online delivery service

I ordered stuff for my iPhone X on the online store yesterday. Good this istore got them to me today. Now what I’m not understanding is, why did the delivery guy send me a call back????? So I can use my airtime to direct him to my place? What kinda of **** is this? Then u send someone that can’t hear properly, now I had to find myself screaming on the call? This is not the first time I’m using online stores to get stuff I need. But this is the first time I have gotten such bad service on delivery. Your delivery guy Mr Mkomo, cell no. ********** 175, said he ran out of airtime, hence the call backs. So now if I didn’t respond to the call back? What must’ve happened now???????? Very inefficient and stupid delivery service.
