Just want to thank Conrad Gouws for the excellent service he provided today, Saturday 7 February. <br> <br> Yesterday my Mac Air's Microsoft programme started to malfunction. I tried to make an appointment but there were no spaces left. I just could not be wihtout my Mac over the weekend as I was working on a number of big reports. I decided to take a chance and was at the Istore shop in Menlyn when the shop opened this morning. I explained my dilemma to Conrad and although it was not his role to assist with technical queries, he went the extra mile, found out from others how to assist me and solved the problem.
