Still waiting for istore card

I have been waiting to have my mothers istore card sorted out for 3 and a half weeks. THREE. From istore. Which is absolutely disgusting. How can it take so long to sort out a card. I have been phoning, complaining and waiting to be called back by 6 different people and still nothing.<br> <br> Don't bother with istore. Because they aren't bothered by you in my opinion. I just want this sorted out please. I shouldn't have to worry and waste my time for an application I have submitted and have been waiting so long for.
