still waiting after a couple of months

I have been trying to buy an iphone from their factory & its been months now. Am not sure if they don't want to sell me this iphone or they keeping them for their friends & family. Am not sure why you have a factory that can sell the stuff if you don't want to sell. 1st it was the product was faulty & am not sure how they can put a faulty product on their list. Then it was sold, now they've just decided to be quite about it. I've been communicating to them all this time & when they feel like it they reply timeously & sometimes they take days. I've asked them for their banking details for over a week now & they haven't gotten back to me.
