STAY AWAY FROM iSTORE (online services are pathetic)

STAY AWAY FROM iSTORE!!!!! I upgraded my phone contract with them online on Tuesday and Thankinkosi Mkhonza confirmed the upgrade was successful and completed. I asked him specifically if they have stock of the iphone 13 and he confirmed a YES and said delivery will be done on Thursday. Needless to say, I have NOT received the device and to my amazement, no one called me nor gave feedback. I have made numerous calls to iStore and sent I don"t know how many emails now and no one seems to bother in ensuring I get my device. Caanita from Talk2Us - iStore responded just to inform me that Thandinkosi tried to call me (which is the most stupid thing ever as I am the one getting disadvantaged here by not receiving the device, of course I am sitting & waiting for anyone to contact me from iStore. why would I not answer my phone). It is now Friday 12h40 and still no one has spoken to me nor confirmed the time I should be expecting the delivery. I will NEVER deal with you again, sooo *********** and DO NOT care about your clients. You have NO idea what customer centricity is and you are just a disgrace to the Apple brand!!!!!
