Stay away from IStore Clearwater

On Saturday we wanted to get two new cellphones. Decided on the model, size, etc. the phones were available in the colors we wanted and then what was next should have been the most simple thing in the world, paying for the phones! At the store in Clearwater, that proofed to be not the case. One phone could be bought the other they had to do some manual invoice. But this is not communicate. Only after enquiring after about 20 min did they bother to explain. I was not happy wrt the manual sale because this might cause issues with warranty (not sure). To the sales person and his “manager” that made no difference. It either accept this or leave. Which is what I did. When to Cresta. Such poor service and an absolutely no care attitude. If I was going to spend R30k CASH. No competition, no service !
