Somerset Mall Istore HORRIFIC experience!

I've been struggling to complete a upgrade since Monday 8 October 2018. Firstly I found that the staff is extremely under trained and have no concept of customer service at all. Under trained in sense that they are *********** with their online systems and waiting periods can even take up to hours. It has taken me exactly 11 days with 3 trips to the store and numerous inquiries to receive no call backs or assistance. What a way to treat a customer that has been loyal to the brand for 6 years. Eventually with many struggling I managed to battle to receive the Iphone. This experience has left me wondering if they even understand the concept behind how customer brand loyalty works or the effect that it has on the long term.
