Someone must be taking bribes here

Someone is being paid to withhold M1 chip MacBooks aside for customers. I called the Contact centre for stock and I was assured they had stock at the Sandton Drive branch. Not only had stock, but also that they had reserved it for me. Then I proceeded to the branch to pay where I was told that they had no stock whatsoever of anything with an M1 chip in it. Despite having ample stock online (no need to preorder). Unfortunately I cannot pay online with my bank card. I asked if I could pay in store and have the unit sent to the store so I could pick it up there. I was told that that was impossible. I will be taking my business to incredible connection.
