I had the pleasure of going into iStore Cavendish and attempted to purchase a phone through one of the salespeople. There was a technical difficulty with the purchase because my cellphone company was different and matters do not go to well until the Manager Shanaaz Enos intervened. She made several calls and had very hands on professional approach which please my daughter who had been working a very long shift and was exhausted. We need more managers like Shanaaz Enos. What a pleasure to work with professional people who care about service.
