Should I stop using Apple products?

<p>I've been an apple fan for a long time now. I have 6 Apple devices in my house; 3 iPhones (4s, 5s and 6 plus) and 3 iPads (iPad 3, iPad with Retina display and IPad Air). My son smashed my iPad Air screen in January 2016. It was replaced on the 19th of January but the new unit stopped working and I took it back to istore in Menlyn because it's barely 4 months old but I was told that I have to pay R5941 to have the iPad fixed. My question now is, did they give me a faulty unit?</p>
