Should have gone with Samsung

After an hour's drive from Vanderbijlpark and waiting almost 3 hours at the Sandton Drive store yesterday, I was told that the system is not allowing them to release my iPhone 13 Pro, and that they will send the device to the Glen iStore today (Friday), so that I can pick it up tomorrow.

The store then phoned me this morning and said that the device is now released, and will be at the EASTGATE store in a FEW DAYS. I had to correct them to send it to The Glen and reminded them that yesterday they said it will be there tomorrow. They would then have phoned me back in 3-4 minutes. It is now 3 HOURS later and I have yet to get any feedback. Worst client service I have experienced.
