Shockingly rude online technical service

Awful, rude and unsympathetic technical services chat. Kept me online for 10 minutes and then rudely told me to book my iPhone into a store. Refused to assist me with what is an iMessage issue. Claimed that they are just a reseller and don’t assist if you didn’t buy your phone directory from them. Hid behind the ‘there is no Apple in South Africa’ excuse.
