Shocking Service. Quality issue

I I went into the store on Sandton Drive to inquire about a trade in on my Iphone and to upgrade; after really ******* service and bad attitude of the staff, I decided to go to Sandton City. What a nightmare - had to go through the assessment again for trade in - waited for ages for a Vodacom contract assistant, then landed up with a trainee - it took 1 1/2 hours just to get to the signing of the contract - then he entered in details incorrectly and had to redo the invoicing process. He then did not set up my phone - the updated software should have been installed - it wasn't - i was not informed about any of this - could not get anything updated on the phone, my mail, my music or my Apple Watch - i had to go back into the Sandton Drive store the following day and get it sorted. now this morning as picked up my phone to switch off my alarm the screen protector just disintegrated along the one side and cut my hand. Someone needs to get back to and I want a free replacement of my screen protector
