Shocking service at Istore Fourways Mall

The Fourways Mall Istore branch is shocking. Service is appalling and managers are slack. Had to go back to the store 4 times and still received the incorrect item due to their incompetence. They don’t even deserve one star!!!! I now understand why so many people are moving over to Samsung
